Regardless if you are in Sydney or Interstate, we offer the same personal service to all, including an honest and informative diamond buying guide, diamond consulting and diamond education. If you are in Sydney or planning a visit, we encourage you to make an appointment in our Design Studio.

Whilst in our Design Studio we will only show you the highest quality gemstones and loose diamonds that pass our ‘Raw Crystal Transparency’ criteria within a range that meets your requirements. Once you have made your selection of loose diamonds and/or gemstones, we can then discuss the design process to give you a beautiful diamond wedding ring or diamond solitaire engagement ring.

Each piece of handcrafted jewellery we create is an individual masterpiece. Upon design sign-off we can agree upon a completion date. Please allow up to 4 weeks for completion on your piece of handcrafted jewellery to assure the highest quality and craftsmanship. Purchasing a diamond solitaire engagement ring, diamond wedding ring or piece of handcrafted jewellery is a very personal and special experience, no shopping cart here.

The Certified Diamond Network accepts most forms of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS, Cash, Bank Cheques, and Online Transfers.

A 50% deposit is required on all custom made jewellery, including diamond wedding rings and diamond solitaire engagement rings, with the balance due upon completion.


Shipping within Australia is free of charge. All jewellery items are registered and fully insured. Your signature and proof of identification are required upon delivery. Delivery typically takes between 1-2 days.

Tourist Refund Scheme

The Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS) is an initiative of the federal government and allows travellers a refund on purchases when travelling overseas. Goods must be taken out of the country within 60-days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt or tax invoice.
